Digital goods

Subscriptions are digital products delivered instantly. Once credentials are delivered to your account, email, or Telegram, the order is considered fulfilled.

When we can help

• Wrong product or plan was delivered
• Credentials do not work and we cannot replace them
• Duplicate charge or wallet error on our side
• Order stuck pending for an unreasonable time with no delivery

Wallet top-ups

Top-ups credited to your wallet are generally non-refundable once added. If you sent the wrong amount via Whish, contact support promptly with your receipt.

How to request

Contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order ID via WhatsApp or support@rashadtech.tv. We review each case individually.
